在JIBS有一個Contact Family的program，是讓交換學生有機會認識當地的家庭。每個家庭可以提出自己的需求，學校會幫忙做配對。

Dear International Students,

Welcome to JIBS Contact Family Program.

The purpose of this program is to provide you an opportunity to meet a Swedish family, and thus give you a deeper insight into Swedish culture and customs. It would also provide the Swedish family the opportunity to meet our international students from another part of the world.

You have been assigned a family. Please see the attachment. You will find the following information:

- Your host family name.
- Their address, telephone number (the first one is at their home and the 2nd at work) and their email (some of them do not have email).
-Your name and in some cases the name of the other student who will share the same family with you.

You can NOT change the family.

All the families will receive a letter with your names and emails. Please feel free to start the first contact with your family. They might contact you before you do, but it would be nice if you do not wait until they contact you. TAKE THE INITIATIVE! If your family doesn't have an email account, please call them.

We will have a first meeting on September 13, AT 18.00 ROOM B 102. THIS MEETING IS OBLIGATORY!!!!!! The purpose of this meeting is to start the program by introducing you to the host families and viceversa. If you cannot come to this meeting, please let me know the reason as soon as possible.

Coffee and cookies will be provided in the cafeteria for you and your family after the brief introductory meeting.

How often you and your family meet is completely up to you and the family as is what type of activities are done together.
